I spent about the last 8-9 months researching online tattoo kits to find the best in price and quality. A lot of different sites didn't have certain things that just needed to be in a "Starter" kit. Pirate Face definitely put a great kit together. There are little differences than the pictures (Different color machines, clip cords, grips etc.) But everything that is promised is there and works the first time and keeps on working. I would highly suggest this kit to anyone that needs everything from A to Z with tattooing "Needs" As a "Starter" kit, Even though i'd rather keep this gem to myself. The machines run awesome and can be tuned easily. I have had no problems with the clip cords, power supply or anything. The Carrying box it comes with is awesome as well if you don't have a set up yet so you can have a place to put everything and feel comfortable about no having a set place for your equipment. The ink is great and, so far, none of my clients have had any complains with it staying. I love the fact that this kit (which none others that I've found on various sites) has not only 1 but 2 rotary machines that makes tattooing even easier. I live in northern California so i got mine in 2 days so i was tattooing the day i got it. If your searching for a kit i'd say this is definitely the one. It might be a little expensive but in this industry you want your moneys worth and your tattoos will show it. If you add it all up or compare it to other sites, This kit is a GREAT offer. Cant say enough good things about Pirate Face. The biggest Plus i think attracted me to this kit/site was that there is a guarantee so if something doesn't work when you get it you can always email them asap and get it a new one. Also if you have a Facebook i would also highly suggest checking out their page, (Some great stuff) But if i had to have one to suggest upgrading on it might be that the power supply is a little too sensitive to get to the right voltage but its not too bad and not a MUST to upgrade before tattooing and will just help you grow as a tattooist.. I purchased this for my brother, It looks so nice. I know he will loved it. Fast shipment and excellent customer service. One of the power supply is not working and we call them right away, and now we received the replacement for the power supply it took only a short time to get to me. I will order from them again. These guys are awesome, my kit came in quick and the quality of the products are better than I expected. I only had one issue with one of my machines and they fixed the problem immediately and I received my replacement within a few days. Definitely ordering from these guys again, Great customer service! I was looking for just a backup kit for one of my crew at the shop here and after looking here knew i did not have to look at any other site, But at first thought maybe this is a sham but i called I went with the CARVER set just cause i wanted to try the rotary unit for myself and after placing the order 3 days later my unit arived I pulled it out of the box shipped very well no damage and opened everything up and found NO POWER SUPPLY, "BUT WAIT", i have 3 other power supplys so i hooked up the unites to make sure they worked and was pleased after small tunning i loved them. I call back told "ALVIN" it was missing the power supply he did not ask a question other than he will have another one out right away. Well this was thurs evening, Its Saturday morning and knock on my door 945am was my NEW POWER SUPPLY. Ok this was above and beyond what i would have ever thought of a company. Thank you Alvin for your support and help. I have told a few other shop friends of your site and prices and hope they find the same help and costomer service I did. I had bought a junk unit from online 2 guns a few items they called it a starter kit no box no nothing really and cost me $150.00 it burned out a gun after 2 days called them they said sorry i run it to high as most tattoo artist will, he don't even know me and was telling me why it craped out. Well i have junk in the corner now just to demo to customers what we use and try and ease there mind it's not a bad thing to get stuck and inked up. I love you custemer care and fast service and unites are well designed and for the price who can say other. Im using the unit myself took one of my old guns cleaned it up now gave it to one of the girls at my shop to get her going till she gets on her feet. Again thanks and im looking forward to doing more with you and your company. So to anyone thinking on going with any of your units and setups I give it a 5 star on PRICE/VALUE and 4 on the QUALITY as i have only had it a few days but work them hard and there looking good as of now. I would tell others don't go shopping around for anyone else that your products are better for the price and customer care is amazing. Again Thank you

everything was sent quickly, the only thing messed up was a wide steel grip which was rusty... i will just keep it instead of the hassle of sending it back. over all i give 4stars (Posted on 2/24/12)

I purchased this kit about two weeks ago have already done 3 tattoos with it love the coil guns the rotary still trying to get use to but something new for me.
The kit has everything you need to start the only thing you might want to get is extra transfer paper and some kind of numing spray or gel cuz some people are big babies lol and green soap as well.

I recieved my kit as a Christmas gift, I was very impressed. When I opened the box it was a little messy as if it was just thrown together and shipped :(. I started practicing and the quality seemed really gr8 until my power supply stopped working in the middle of my session. I noticed a few days earlier that my machine would start running when the foot pedal was not engauged. I figured that there was some kind of shortage either in the power supply, the clip cord or the foot pedal. I called customer service and they were quick to re-ship me a whole new power supply, clip cord, and a foot pedal without sending back the old ones. I am pretty satisfied with this kit and it is a gr8 starter kit and I would recommend it to anyone. (Posted on 1/6/12)
